Inspection Upon Delivery

We kindly encourage our customers to inspect the item and check the fit while the courier is at your door. This ensures an immediate and seamless resolution if you wish to exchange a size or return the item on the spot.

Terms & Conditions

  • Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom Sizes: Items tailored to specific customer measurements cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Fees

  • Return Fee: A fee of 100 EGP applies to Cairo, Alexandria, and the Delta region.
  • Refusal of Delivery: In the event of refusing to receive the order at the door, a shipping fee of 95 EGP applies (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Delta) even if there was a free shipping offer.
  • Our Mistake: If the return is due to an error on our end, we will fully cover all costs.
  • Exchange Fees: Calculated based on your specific delivery location.

Timelines

  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchange Timeline: Exchanges are typically completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on item availability and your location.

Manufacturing Defects & Legal Rights

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an item not matching its description, we handle all requests in strict accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

راحتكم ورضاكم هما غايتنا الأساسية، لذا صممنا سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع لتكون واضحة، عادلة، وبسيطة.

المعاينة عند الاستلام

نرجو من عملائنا الكرام معاينة المنتج وتجربة المقاس أثناء تواجد المندوب؛ لضمان الرضا التام عن القطعة، ولتسهيل إجراءات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع الفوري في حالة الرغبة في تبديل المقاس أو الإرجاع في وقتها.

الشروط والأحكام

يتم قبول طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

لضمان إتمام العملية بنجاح، يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية: (غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، بوجود التيكيت الأصلي، وفي الغلاف الخاص بها).

المقاسات الخاصة: القطع التي تم تنفيذها بمقاسات خاصة بناءً على طلب العميل لا ترد ولا تستبدل.

الرسوم

رسوم الاسترجاع: يتم تحصيل 100 جنيه (للقاهرة، الإسكندرية، والدلتا).

رفض الاستلام: في حالة رفض استلام الطلب عند وصول المندوب، يتم سداد 95 جنيهًا فقط كمصاريف شحن (للقاهرة، الجيزة، الإسكندرية، والدلتا)حتى مع وجود عرض الشحن المجاني.

خطأ من جانبنا: إذا كان الاسترجاع ناتجًا عن خطأ من طرفنا، نتحمل كافة التكاليف بالكامل.

رسوم الاستبدال: يتم حسابها بناءً على موقع التوصيل الخاص بكم.

الجداول الزمنية

عملية رد الأموال: يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال يوم عمل واحد بعد استلامنا للقطعة وفحصها.

مدة الاستبدال: تستغرق عملية الاستبدال عادةً ما بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب توفر القطعة وموقعكم الجغرافي.

العيوب المصنعية والحقوق القانونية

في الحالات النادرة لوجود عيب مصنعي أو عدم مطابقة المنتج للمواصفات، يتم التعامل مع الطلب وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري.
