Refused or Unreceived Orders
In case of order refusal or failure to receive the shipment after confirmation, the customer is required to pay 95LE(Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Delta) ,even if there was a free shipping offer.
Order Acceptance
ERUM-WEAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if it cannot be confirmed with the customer prior to shipping.
Responsibility During Shipping
All shipments are handled through local delivery companies.
ERUM-WEAR bears full responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping until the order is delivered to the customer.

نقوم حاليًا بالشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
تأكيد ومعالجة الطلبات
يتم تأكيد جميع الطلبات مع العميل قبل الشحن.
تتم معالجة الطلب بعد التأكيد الناجح لضمان الدقة وتجربة توصيل سلسة.
مدة التوصيل
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة تتراوح عادة بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
يتم توصيل معظم الطلبات خلال مدة أقصر حسب الموقع ووقت التأكيد.
نسعى دائمًا لأسرع توصيل ممكن، ولكن قد تحدث تأخيرات أحيانًا بسبب عوامل لوجستية أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
معاينة المنتج مع المندوب
نرجو من عملائنا الكرام معاينة المنتج وتجربة المقاس أثناء تواجد المندوب؛ لضمان الرضا التام عن القطعة، ولتسهيل إجراءات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع الفوري في حالة الرغبة في تبديل المقاس أو الإرجاع في وقتها.
رسوم الشحن
تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب مكان التوصيل
عرض الشحن المجاني
يتوفر شحن مجاني حاليًا عند طلب قطعتين أو أكثر.
وقد يتم تعديل هذا العرض أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
طرق الدفع
جميع الأسعار مُدرجة بالجنيه المصري (EGP).
نوفر طرق الدفع التالية:
– الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)
– فودافون كاش
–انستاباي
الطلبات المرفوضة أو غير المستلمة
في حال رفض الطلب أو عدم استلام الشحنة بعد تأكيدها، يلتزم العميل بسداد رسوم 95 جنيه (للقاهرة، الجيزة، الإسكندرية، والدلتا)، حتى في حالة وجود عرض شحن مجاني.
قبول الطلبات
تحتفظ ERUM-WEAR بحق إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حال تعذر تأكيده مع العميل قبل الشحن.
المسؤولية أثناء الشحن
يتم التعامل مع جميع الشحنات من خلال شركات توصيل محلية.
وتتحمل ERUM-WEAR المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي تلف أو فقدان قد يحدث أثناء الشحن وحتى تسليم الطلب للعميل.
أيام العمل
يتم استقبال ومعالجة الطلبات طوال أيام الأسبوع.
تحديثات السياسة
